Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible at babbudepot@gmail.com.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still contact us after receiving your order to request a return or solution.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging, if available
  • A short explanation of the issue
After review, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund for affected item(s).

30-Day Return Window

You may contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or refund review.

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in original condition
  • The item must include original packaging when possible
  • You must contact us before sending anything back

Return Shipping

For non-quality issues, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing usually takes 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Incorrect address entered by the customer
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Requests made after the return window
  • Items returned without approval
  • Used or altered products
